WHY USE AQUACOUSTIC

AquaCoustic Remote Technologies Inc. (AQC) commenced operations in 1991 to provide ROV (Robotic Submarine) services to domestic and international clients. In 1993 we refocused our energies to Geomatics by utilizing the latest innovations in sonar, laser and video survey technologies.

Using our background in offshore oil, AquaCoustic (AQC) designs and builds bespoke robotic work platforms, equipped with data collection sensors including digital marine CCTV, Time of Flight Lasers, and Sonar. The collected data is processed and presented to our clients in a concise and meaningful way.

Our innovative programming department builds our data collection and processing software. Our robotics department build the systems that enable us to tailor our surveys to your needs.

We survey areas of concern, generate highly accurate XYZ data, geo-reference above and below water objects, and correlate this information to existing grids or coordinates. Our personnel and reliable systems in partnership with contracted specialists, have enabled us to successfully survey and provide analysis for municipalities, engineering firms and private companies throughout North America.
