Using the sonar data, payout distance and motion sensor information, X, Y and Z data is produced and a 3D image can be generated of the pipe conditions.
The sensor is tilt-compensated and uses a three-axis accelerometers for enhanced performance. Tilt range (Pitch and Roll) is ±60°. The unit compensates for Hard Iron Distortions, Ferrous Objects, and Stray Fields. The data is transmitted at 30 Hz.
